About the piece:

'Interspecies Ensemble'
The piece is an interdisciplinary live gallery performance, staging an intimate and ritualistic encounter between human, plant and digital life.
Human and plant actors, electroacoustic sounds and visual projections interact in a sensuous ecology,
out of which an improvisatory musical/theatrical/audiovisual performance emerges.
The piece layers contemporary technology and ancient ritualism, envisioning an otherworldly techno-pagan utopia – where humans, technology and nature coexist in a sensitive and caring partnership.
The piece combines the three artists' various practices of performance, music, animation, film-making, digital and installation art.

The performance was recorded and subsequently displayed as an audiovisual installation.
